Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. Absolutely! Shrubs and trees are guaranteed one year from installation. Pavers and walls have a two year workmanship guarantee. Irrigation projects have a 2 year warranty on all materials and labor. Landscape lighting fixtures have a lifetime warranty.

Q. What areas do you service?
A. We service all of Connecticut for landscape and irrigation installations. For snow removal and landscape maintenance we service all of Fairfield and New Haven counties.

Q. Are you licensed and insured?
A. Yes we most certainly are! Our licensing can be confirmed with the State of Connecticut: Landscape Home Improvement license #564217, Irrigation Home Improvement license #614717 and Irrigation J3 license #279662.

Q. Do you provide free estimates?
A. Yes, we provide free estimates and look forward to giving you ideas to improve your landscape. Please fill out our contact form to arrange an appointment.

Q. Do you charge for landscape design plans?
A. A small fee is charged for plans to cover time and reproduction expenses. The charge is reimbursed if you decide to use Lasko for your installation work.

Q. During a snow storm, do you provide your clients with 24 hour service?
A. Yes and we provide cell phone numbers to all clients to be able to contact Lasko at all times during a snow storm.

Q. Do you keep records during a snow storm?
A. Yes, each truck is equipped with a snow manual. During a storm, the driver will record all times, dates and services that were performed at your location.

Q. Our house is on well water. Can a well easily handle a lawn irrigation system?
A. Yes! The correct design, watering schedule, and being equipped with a low water shut off valve all contributes to a successful well irrigation system for your landscape.
